Biomimicry Exhibition Roca
Biomimicry Exhibition, Roca, London
Main View into the exhibition with the context of the fit out of Roca’s showroom designed by Zaha Hadid
Introduction
Our proposal for the Biomimicry exhibition is inspired by the forms and concept of the building and the fundamental idea of the exhibition itself.
The exhibition explores the subject of Biomimicry and how nature and the forms and processes in the natural world inspire design and the design process.

Inspiration and Design
Zaha Hadid's building form is inspired by the curving of caves and spaces in rocks by water. We propose to use the same idea as our starting point. Inspired by the metaphor of rocks and water, we propose series of layered formations placed throughout the gallery acting as plinths which show the objects and the related interpretation.
